VCF1 -Single Filter

Single analog filter. LPF, BPF and HPF modes, analog distortion and analog positive and negative feedback.

Parameters:
Cut:Filter cutoff frequency.
Peaks:Second filter block cutoff frequency, either as an offset to Cut, or as an absolute value, depending on the setting of the Peaks parameter on VCF edit page 2.
Reso:Filter resonance.
Cut3/Feed:Negative values: Negative analog feedback, positive values: Positive analog feedback.
LPF:Switches the filter low pass output on or off.
BPF:Switches the filter band pass output on or off.
HPF:Switches the filter high pass output on or off.
Out1/2:Turns up the analog distortion effect on the filter output 2.

VCF2 -Dual Filter

Dual analog filter. Filter1: LPF, BPF and HPF modes, Filter 2: BPF, analog distortion and analog negative feedback.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter 1 cutoff frequency.
Peaks: Filter 2 cutoff frequency, either as an offset to Cut, or as an absolute value, depending on the setting of the Peaks parameter on VCF edit page 2.

VCF3 -Trippple Filter

Trippple analog filter. Output 1/2 mixes between LPF+BPF+HPF and 3xBPF.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter 1 (LPF) cutoff frequency.
Peaks: Filter 2 (BPF) cutoff frequency, either as an offset to Cut, or as an absolute value, depending on the setting of the Peaks parameter on VCF edit page 2.
Reso: Filter resonance.
Cut3/Feed: Filter 3 (HPF) cutoff frequency, either as an offset to Cut, or as an absolute value, depending on the setting of the Cut3 parameter on VCF edit page 2.
LPF: Switches the filter 1 low pass output on or off.
BPF: Switches the filter 2 band pass output on or off.
HPF: Switches the filter 3 high pass output on or off.
Out1/2: Mixes between LPF/BPF/HPF and 3xBPF. Please notice, that all 3 BPF's are always switched on.

VCF4 -Gotharman's First Filter

Gotharman's very first analog filter design. LPF, BPF and HPF modes, unique sound, analog distortion and analog feedback.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter cutoff frequency.
Peaks: Second filter block cutoff frequency, either as an offset to Cut, or as an absolute value, depending on the setting of the Peaks parameter on VCF edit page 2.
Reso: Filter resonance.
Cut3/Feed: Negative values: Negative analog feedback, positive values: Positive analog feedback.
LPF: Switches the filter low pass output on or off.
BPF: Switches the filter band pass output on or off.
HPF: Switches the filter high pass output on or off.
Out1/2: Turns up the analog distortion effect on the filter output 2.

VCF5 -MiniProphet Filter

Based on the CEM3328 filter chip. 4 different lowpass slopes can be selected and mixed to create other filter modes.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter cutoff frequency.
Reso: Filter resonance.
LPF1: Switches filter output 1 between 24dB and 12dB steepness.
18dB: Switches the 18dB lowpass block on filter output 2 on or off. The phase of this is inverted compared to the phase of the 12 and 24 dB outputs on output 1, so when mixing with these, different filter modes can be obtained.
6dB: Switches the 6dB lowpass block on filter output 2 on or off. The phase of this is inverted compared to the phase of the 12 and 24 dB outputs on output 1, so when mixing with these, different filter modes can be obtained.
Out1/2: Mixes between the filter outputs 1 (12dB/24dB) and 2 (Inversed 6dB/18dB).

VCF6 -SP Filter V2

Based on the output stage of the Emu SP12/SP1200, but with controllable cutoff and resonance, and an added analog fuzz distortion.


The input signal is converted to 12 bit digital (switchable to 6 bit for absolute lo-fi), and goes into a 24dB SSI2144 analog low pass filter. The sample rate can be adjusted and modulated from 0 KHz (audio stopped) to around 60 KHz. The signal to the AD converter is gained by an analog stage, so it is possible to make the converters clip.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter cutoff frequency.
Reso: Filter resonance.
Rate: Sample Rate. 0 to 60 KHz.
Bits: Bit depth. 12 or 6 bit.
Out1/2: Adds an analog Fuzz effect, when turned up.

VCF7 -Tubaz

Tube filter with characteristic fat, warm and distorted tube filter sound. Lowpass, bandpass and highpass modes are available.

Output 1 is switchable between lowpass and bandpass modes, output 2 is always in highpass mode. The Out1/2 control mixes between LPF/BPF and HPF. It also has negative analog feedback, that can make it sound thinner.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter cutoff frequency.
Reso: Filter resonance.
Cut3/Feed: Negative feedback.
Out1: BPF or LPF select.
Out2: Always HPF.
Out1/2: Mix between filter output 1 (BPF/LPF) and filter output 2 (HPF).

VCF8 -Dual Spaze Filter

Four 24dB resonant filters, two that are switchable between HPF and LPF modes and two that are always in LPF mode. This gives four resonant peaks, and makes this filter ideal for formant sounds. It is also great for bass sounds and a lot of other sounds. It is based on a bunch of the new great SSI2144 filter chip.

It is organized as two chains of HPF/LPF + LPF in series. The two chains can be connected in parallel or serial to each other, and they output to each of their own filter output.

Parameters:
HpCut: HPF/LPF 1 and 2 filter cutoff frequency. Space between the 2 filters can be adjusted with Space.
LpCut: LPF 1 and 2 filter cutoff frequency. Space between the 2 filters can be adjusted with Space.
Reso: Filter resonance of all 4 filters.
Space: Space between the cutoff frequencies of the two filter chains.
HPF2: HPF2 filter mode HPF or LPF.
HPF1: HPF1 filter mode HPF or LPF.
Conn: Connection of the 2 filter chains. Ser (serial) or Par (parallel).
Out1/2: Mix between filter output 1 (HPF/LPF + LPF chain 1) and filter output 2 (HPF/LPF + LPF chain 2).

VCF9 -Xtra Distortion

Single analog filter. LPF, BPF and HPF modes, analog distortion with Drive and analog positive and negative feedback.

Parameters:
Cut: Filter cutoff frequency.
Peaks: Acts as distortion Drive.
Reso: Filter resonance.
Cut3/Feed: Negative values: Negative analog feedback, positive values: Positive analog feedback.
LPF: Switches the filter low pass output on or off.
BPF: Switches the filter band pass output on or off.
HPF: Switches the filter high pass output on or off.
Out1/2: Turns up the analog distortion effect on the filter output 2.

VCF10 -Dual SSI2140 Filter

Dual analog filter based on the SSI2140 filter chip. It has one multi mode filter (LPF1, LPF2, LPF3, LPF4, BPF, HPF, Notch, AllPass) and one band pass filter.
Cutoff and resonance can be adjusted and modulated separately for each filter. It is possible to set and modulate the mix between the two filters.

Parameters:
Cut: Multimode Filter cutoff frequency.
CutB: Bandpass Filter cutoff frequency.
Reso: Multimode Filter resonance.
ResoB: Bandpass Filter resonance.
Type: Sets the multimode filter type (8 types).
BPF: Mix between the multimode filter and the bandpass filter.

VCF11 -Dual Zaturn Filter

The unique Zaturn filter available as a filter board!

Dual analog filter with a unique character, based around the SSI2140 and SSI2164 chips. Each of the 2 filters can be switched between low pass and band pass modes.
Cutoff and resonance can be adjusted and modulated separately for each filter. It is possible to set and modulate the mix between the two filters.
Via a jumper, it is possible to set this filter up as 2 separate filters, for duo filter action on Urano.

Parameters:
CutA: Filter A cutoff frequency.
CutB: Filter B cutoff frequency.
ResoA: Filter A resonance.
ResoB: Filter B resonance.
BPFA: Filter A LPF (Off) or BPF (On) modes.
BPFB: Filter B LPF (Off) or BPF (On) modes.

MixAB: Mix between filter A and B.

VCF12 -FilterBank

Five band variable analog filterbank!

One low pass filter, one high pass filter and three band pass filters.
It is possible to adjust cutoff frequency offsets, the gap between the filter cutoffs and resonance.
When adjusting the gap between the cutoff frequencies, using theSpreadparameter, the LPF will have the lowest cutoff frequency, BPF1 the next lowest, then BPF2 and BPF3, and HPFwill have the highest cutoff frequency.

Parameters:

The Offset1 parameter sets the cutoff offset for the LPF, BPF2 (the middle BPF) and the HPF.
The Offset2 parameter sets the cutoff offset for BPF1 and BPF3.
The LPF and BPF2 are always outputted to Out1.
BPF3 is always outputted to Out2.
BPF1 and the HPF can be switched to output to Out1 or Out2.

Out1/2: Mix between Out 1 and 2.

VCF13 -Diode Drive Filter

Unique dual analog diode drive filter!

Filter A can be switched between 12 and 24 db low pass modes, while filter B can be switched between HPF and BPF.
The Diode Drive can be switched on and off.
Filter A outputs to Out1 and Filter B outputs to Out2.
Cutoff frequency and resonance can be adjusted and modulated separately for each filter.

Parameters:
CutA: Filter A cutoff frequency.
CutB: Filter B cutoff frequency.
ResoA: Filter A resonance.
ResoB: Filter B resonance.
VcfA: Filter A 12db/24db LPF modes.
VcfB: Filter B BPF/HPF modes.

VCF14 -Transistor Ladder Filter

With low frequency gain compensation and a unique drive curcuit!

Made with highend THAT matched transistors.
Has low frequency gain compensation for high resonance settings, which can be adjusted and modulated.
Comes with a special drive circuit, which can be driven into distortion. This can also be adjusted and modulated.
Cutoff frequency and resonance can be adjusted and modulated as well.
Filter output 1 can be switched between 12 and 24 db low pass modes, while filter output 2 can be switched between 6 and 18 db low pass modes. By modulating the filter output mix, it is possible to crossfade between filter modes, and by inverting output 2 and mixing it with output 1, it is possible to create new filter modes.

Comp: Low frequency gain compensation.

Dual SSI2140 VCF for Tiny LD

Each of the filters has 4 filter blocks. By combining these blocks, using VCA’s, it is possible to obtain a number of different filter modes.
It comes with 25 pre-programmed filter types, but it is also possible to adjust these, to obtain an even wider range of filter types.
If different filter types are selected for morph layer A and B, it will morph between the filter types.
