After Placing An Order

Within 24 hours after you have placed an order at www.gotharman.dk , you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this, please write an email to: info@gotharman.dk

Warranty

All Gotharman products comes with a 2 year EU standard warranty. This covers only unintended malfunction and manufacturing defects of the product, NOT defects caused by wrong use, wear or transportation.
The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping to most of the world with a courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS or other). Standard at EUR 20. If you require Express shipping, please get in touch.

Custom/duty fees

If you are located outside of EU, custom/duty fees might be added, at the border of your country/region. It is solely the response of the purchaser to handle/pay these fees. Ask your local authorities, if you are in doubt. Gotharman's cannot be held responsible for these.

Cancellation

If you shold regret your Gotharman's order, before it has entered production, you will be charged 10% of the value of your order.

Returns

Generally Gotharman's instruments are "Made To Order", and can therefore not be returned.
If though, you have ordered a standard model of our instruments (a model without any extras, like memory expansion, blue LED's, extra audio ins/out, analog stuff like filters and CV's), and you really hates it, please get in touch, and it could be possible to return it within 1 week after you have received it.
If you wish to return a Gotharman instrument, it must be in the same condition, that it was in, when you received it.
A 20% fee will be charged from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If any extras or customization has been ordered for an instrument, it can't be returned.
Products that are sold at any kind of reduced price, can't be returned.
